Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Information Security Analyst specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our client's to provide IT security guidance that align with the client's business objectives and appropriate industry standard frameworks.. This role requires a deep understanding of risk management, compliance frameworks, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain GRC programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits and assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security controls are integrated into business processes and systems.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees and clients on security policies and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in information security, with a focus on GRC.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA preferred.
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards such as NIST, IEC62443,GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Strong understanding of risk management and assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
